Please follow the steps below if you want to add more products to your e-store using a Microsoft excel file:

STEP 1. Click the Download/Upload Products link within the Manage Products section.

STEP 2. Click on the "Download" link as shown below to download all the current products in a Microsoft Excel sheet.

STEP 3. After saving the Excel file on your computer, open it up. It will look as shown below with all the products that were already present in your list.

STEP 4. Delete all the products by deletng all the rows EXCEPT THE FIRST ROW, which has all the field names as shown below.

STEP 5. Now you can enter your new products using the fields in the Excel sheet as shown below. It is important that you enter the new products in the same format as the old products were downloaded in step 2. Also, don't forget to include an "A" in the "Action" column. "A" means that you are adding a new product, if you would like to edit an existing product, put "E" and if you would like to delete a product, put "D". Save the Excel file when you are done.

Connecting Images: When uploading your products, you want to make sure that the products connect to the images in the image gallery. Type the small and big image name in their respective columns of the spreadsheet to connect the image to the product.



Products with multiple categories: When uploading and downloading your products, make note that products with multiple categories have a colon separating the different categories in the categories cell of the spreadsheet.

Saving the Excel File: When you are done with entering your new contacts, save the Excel file. If Excel prompts you on whether to save the workbook with the csv features it contains, click Yes as shown below.

STEP 6. Click on the "Browse" button as shown below.

STEP 7. Clicking on "Browse" will open up a window as shown below. Please browse and select the Excel file that you would like to upload which is the file that you saved in the previous step and click on "Open"

STEP 8. Clicking on the "Import" button will upload all your new products from your Excel file.
