The support manager lets you check to see which registered users chatted with staff members in your support system. Note: this is only really useful if you require users to register and log in before chatting. To view these stats, click User Chat Time Report.
Select a range of dates to view user chat statistics.
Here you will see the users who have signed in a chatted with a staff member in the indicated date range. You can also download these statistics.
