The support manager allows you to create a small troubleshooter to help users diagnose their problems by asking them series of questions with predefined answers. To construct the troubleshooter, click Troubleshooter.

Below is a sample of a troubleshooter system. The main options on the first troubleshooter page are "I have a Windows-based system" and "I have a Macintosh". If the user selects the former, they will be given two more options, "Outlook" and "Outlook Express" which have the "Windows" option as a parent. You may continue to add these options in this manner to complete your troubleshooting tree by clicking Add Answer Finder.

When adding or editing an answer, you will have to give it an title and text content. The content is what will be shown on the following screen if the answer is selected. In the first case below, where "I have a Windows-based system" is the answer, the following screen will show another question, "Which e-mail program are you using?", as well as its children answers.

In the case of the answer shown here, there are no further questions to be asked, so the content that is entered is the solution to their problem. In this case, the user selects "Outlook" as an answer, and the final screen instructs the user to view the Outlook user guide.
