When users add tickets to your system, you can add additional fields for them to fill out. To do so, click Support Ticket.

In this section you will see any additional fields you have added as well as options to add, edit, and delete fields.

When adding or editing a field, you have to give it a name, select whether it is required, and select a type. The available types are text field, dropdown menu, check box, and radio buttons. Below that, enter the choices for the field. If you have more than 6 choices, enter the first 6 here and click Update. When you go back to edit this field, additional choices will be available.
