You can customize the the pages of your support desk as well. To do so, first click Support Desk.
On this page you will see options to customize the header and footer, navigation bar, logo, and sub-navigation. You will also see a list of pages whose content you can edit, such as the answer finder and the announcement page.
Advanced users can copy and paste HTML they have created for the header and footer.
In this section, you can upload images for the header, footer, and company logo, and they can change the color and links of the navigation bar.
You can also edit the sub-navigation bar of your help desk, including which buttons you want to show and their color, and you can upload an image for the side bar.
When editing individual pages, you can give them a title, a background image, and you can customize the colors. You can also customize the header and footer text using the built-in HTML editor.
