If you have multiple departments you want to integrate into your support desk, such as support, sales, etc., you can do so by clicking on the Manage Departments link.
You will see a list of departments that you currently have. Click on the name of a department to edit its settings, or click Add Department to create a new one.
Here you can create a new department and set its options. You can set this to be the default department, you can choose to not display this department to users, and you can enter an e-mail account for ticket piping. You can also upload your own logos for the department and the live chat images.
