If you have saved chat transcripts in your chat window, you can view them by clicking Saved Transcripts.
Here you will see a list of saved transcripts, showing the operator, visitor, date, and time of the chat, as well as options to view and delete them.
When you view the transcript, you will see the visitor's IP address, resolution, browser, and date. Below that, you will see the actual text of the chat.
