Staff members can edit some of their general options from the staff control panel. To edit these preferences, click Preferences/Performance.
From the section shown here, you can change your password and e-mail address. You can select to be notified when a new request is submitted, you can change your signature, which will be automatically added when you respond to tickets, and you can edit your chat greeting.
In this section you can edit your greetings for when you start a chat with a user and for when you start a chat with another staff member. At the bottom you will also see statistics, such as user ratings and response time. When you are finished, click Update.
