To view existing support tickets in your help desk, click Manage Support Tickets.

You will see a familiar search screen here, where you can search for tickets based on ID number, username, etc. To view all tickets, leave these fields blank and click Submit.

Here you will see the results of your search. You can view and respond to tickets, and you can add new tickets as well.
