The Support Manager lets you create template responses for responding to more common user issues in tickets. To create a response, click Manage Responses.
You will see a list here of current responses which you can edit and delete. To add a new one, click Add Response.
To add a new template response, give it a name and enter the text of the message. Check the box if you want to make it available to other staff members as well. When you are done, click Update, and the new template response will be available when responding to tickets.
