If you wish, you may also attach files to your knowledgebase articles through your admin control panel. To do so, first click Manage Attachments.
On the next screen you will see a list of current attachments as well as options to add, edit, and delete attachments.
When adding or editing an attachment, you must choose an article to associate it with. You can then browse to the file on your hard drive and give it a name and a short description. When you click Submit, the attachment will automatically be added to the page of the associated article.
