To add articles to your knowledgebase, first click Manage Articles on the main page of your admin control panel.
From this section, you can add, delete, and edit articles in your knowledgebase.
You can also download and upload articles in Comma Delimited Format (CSV) and Tab Delimited Format.
When adding or editing articles, you can give it a title; short article contents, which will be displayed on any page where the article is listed; and the full article contents. These are done using our built-in HTML editor, which allows you to add pictures, colors, tables, etc. to the page.
In the bottom section of the page, you can choose which categories this article will be part of, which interest groups it is associated with, who has access to the article, related topics, and what other pages you want to add it to.
