You can customize the pages of your knowledgebase. Start by clicking Knowledge Base.
In this section you will have options to customize the knowledgebase pages. You can edit the overall look of the head, footer, and navigation bars, and you can also edit the look of the individual pages, such as the comments pages and the FAQ page.
More advanced users have the option to copy and paste HTML that they create for the header and footer.
You can also upload images for the header and footer logos, as well as for the company logo. From this section you can also edit the color and links of the top navigation bar.
When editing individual pages, you can give them a title, a background image, and you can customize the colors. You can also customize the header and footer text using the built-in HTML editor.
