Welcome to your Support Manager User Guide! This comprehensive user guide will step you through all the dynamic features of the Support Manager. The Customer Support Manager consists of a help desk system, live chat support, contact manager, document manager, and knowledge base manager.
In addition we also have a windows application that will allow you to minimize the support program to your system tray. Normally, the application will be minimized to your windows task bar. Some users prefer to have the application minimized to the system tray because items that are minimized in the task bar can accidentally get closed when using your computer.
