To add the dynamic online/offline chat icon to your own web pages, you will need to generate the code for the icons in the support manager admin control panel. To do so, first click Generate Code.
Select which department you want to generate the code for. If you just want the code to monitor who is at a specific page without showing a chat icon, uncheck "Show support image". Finally, check "Show in staff monitor window" to have the page monitor shown to staff members. When you are done, click SUBMIT
In the subsequent screen, you are given two types of HTML code for chat icons with the settings you selected. The first is to be cut and pasted into HTML web pages, and second is to be used for HTML e-mails.
