Your knowledgebase must also have categories for you to put articles in. To add categories, click Category Management.
In this section you will see a listing of categories, as well as options to add, delete, and edit them.
You can also download and upload your category list in Comma Delimited Format (CSV) and Tab Delimited Format.
When adding categories, you can give it a name, a parent category (if you want it to be a sub-category), a description, and a relative display order.
