If you wish to have your users complete a survey at some point during your chat session, you can create a survey form here. Start by clicking Manage Survey.
Here you will see a list of survey questions you have added, as well as options to preview the survey, customize the survey, add questions, delete questions, and edit questions.
When adding or editing questions, enter the question into the Field Name field, and select whether it is required. Select the type of field, the relative position, and enter the choices. If you have more than 6 choices, just enter the first 6 into the given fields and click Update, and when you go back to edit the question additional choice fields will be given.
When customizing the survey form, you can enter a title for the page and change the text and color schemes. You can also create header and footer text using our built-in text editor, upload an image for the submit button, and set the background colors for the page and question fields.
