The support manager also includes a built-in address book that can be used by each of the staff members. Click Address Book to access it.
You can search you address book for contacts by first and last name and by e-mail address. At the bottom of the page, you can search alphabetically by last name.
When adding or viewing contacts, a large amount of standard information is available, such as address, phone numbers, and web site. You can also add your own notes to each entry.
