Step 3: Password Recovery |

Note: You need your customer number to go through this step
(a) Choose "My Account" from the Domain Names Menu Bar
(b) Select "Help me retrieve my password"
(c) After you select "Help me retrieve my password" in the last step, you will be taken to the "Account Retrieval" section as shown below. Click on the "Reset Password" link as shown below
(d) You will need an "Authorization Code" in order to reset your password. To obtain your authorization code, you will be required to fill out the form shown below. Fill out the form and click "Continue"
If your information was correct, an email message with your authorization code and further instructions will be sent out to your email address
If you don't remember your Customer Number, please go to step 3 for instructions on its retrieval |
