You first need to get to your store number. To do this, login in to your estore admin area
Your store number is shown below.
Once you have done this, you will need to go to the Welcome email that linkpoint has sent you.
When you pull up the email you need to scrool down to the section that has the secure SSL key shown below.
Once you find this you need to highlight the entire key shown below and then cut and paste it into a MS Note pad file.
So after you have higlighted and copied the code shown above. Then Pull up MS Note Pad. To pull this up go to your START Menu then Accessories and you will see it listed. Once you have it open past in th code.
After you have pasted it go to SAVE AS to save the file and change the save as type to "All Files".
No save the file as your store number and add .pem to the end. ( ie. if your store number is 1007, you should save as 1007.pem)
