Import Email (Optional)

The easiest way to import email into Omnistar Live is to forward support email to a pop account and then have Omnistar Live pull email from that email account.

 

Step 1.

Log in to your administrative area and click on Manage Department and then click on any department that you have setup.

 

 

Step 2.

Fill out the information on the department page where it states: POP 3 Settings.

 

 

Step 3.

Now when you login as a staff member for this department you will see a link Fetch POP Email. Once you click on this link, all the email will be pulled from this POP account.
